Dressing for "Lupton's Fancy"
Philip Lupton (1894-1963) was a well known Harrogate Tackle Dealer and Casting Instructer. He was also a former secretary of Harrogate Fly-Flyfishers' Club. He put his name to the "Luptons Fancy" a fly he used with considerable success on our waters. I have no idea what the fly is intended to represent but can vouch for its effectiveness on our waters.
